Burlington County hosting workshops on backyard composting
The Burlington County Freeholders will sponsor two free Backyard Composting Workshops on Saturday, September 24, at the Rutgers EcoComplex in Bordentown. Attendees will learn how to turn grass, leaves and kitchen vegetable scraps into “black gold”. The one-hour sessions will be offered at 10 a.m. and again at 11:30 a.m.
Pre-registration is required. The complex is located at 1200 Florence-Columbus Road, Bordentown.
