Capehart Scatchard announced that Thomas D. Begley III has joined the law firm as chairman of its trusts and estates department. A resident of Moorestown, Begley concentrates his practice in wills, trusts, estates, probate litigation and elder law, along with business representation. Begley is a certified elder law attorney. He received his law and undergraduate degrees from Georgetown University.
Begley is a former director of the Elder Law Section of the New Jersey State Bar Association as well as the former chair of the Estate Planning and Probate Committee of the Burlington County Bar Association He regularly speaks at the NJICLE Institute and the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys.
