Hispanic summit planned in Mt. Laurel

The Hispanic Leadership Summit will host an event at Aloft, 558 Fellowship Road, Mount Laurel on Sept. 9 and Sept. 10.

Workshops will be held from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. on Sept. 9 followed by a gala from 6 p.m. to midnight.

The Sept. 10 workshops will run from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.

Cost: workshops, $25 per day; gala, $75.

The Hispanic Leadership Summit seeks to empower the growing Hispanic population by business development, education, and political awareness. We will share opportunities, gain access to government contracts help with credit issues, voter registration, banking, and healthcare. Finally, we plan to advise government and corporate members on how to improve inclusion of the Hispanic community in their demographic, marketing and outreach so the state and business can prosper together.
