Burglar nabbed

On July 8 at 1:20 a.m. patrols were dispatched to a residence on Woodthrush Trail West for a report of a burglary that had just occurred to a vehicle. Arriving officers observed a vehicle leaving the area. A motor vehicle stop was conducted, and subsequent investigation revealed that the driver of the vehicle was in possession of two cigarette lighters reported missing from the vehicle. He was charged with burglary and theft. It was also determined that the suspect entered an additional four to six unlocked vehicles on Woodthrush Trail West during the evening, however the potential victims have not yet been identified.
