Who doesn’t love juicy, Jersey-grown peaches? In honor of Jersey Fresh Peach Month in August, the Haddonfield Farmers Market is having a Peach Party. Join the market on Saturday morning, July 23, for peach tastings, a peach cooking demonstration, special kids’ peach crafts, enter a raffle to win a free basket of peaches, cold peach smoothie drinks, and peach tea smoothies.
The peach party will be held rain or shine from 8 a.m. to noon on Kings Court in the center of beautiful historic Haddonfield, right on Kings Highway (between Haddon Avenue and Tanner Street).
This is the fifth season for the non-profit, community-based Haddonfield Farmers Market, open every Saturday rain or shine from 8 a.m. to noon through October 8. Bring your family and friends each week to see what’s new, seasonal and fun. Eat fresh, eat local, visit with your friends and neighbors, and support local farmers and food providers.
