A Mt. Laurel man’s body was found floating in Manahawkin Bay on July 1.
John Mee, 61, was discovered in Ship Bottom by a passerby about 30 feet away from a personal watercraft.
Mee was pronounced dead by the State Police Marine Services Bureau.
A state police spokesman said there was no apparent damage to the watercraft and no injury to Mee’s body.
While a medical condition is suspected, the cause of death is pending an autopsy.
