Lauren Feldhake, PECO’s director of Customer Financial Operations has joined the board of directors of Historic Philadelphia Inc.
As a member of the board, Feldhake will provide governance, evaluation and strategic planning support, help establish guidelines for operations, services, and programs, and support the goal of enhancing the visitor experience helping to strengthen Philadelphia’s tourism industry.
Feldhake came to PECO in 1995 and was named to her current position in 2009. Feldhake oversees PECO’s Credit and Collections, customer analytics, billing and payment Processing functions as well as PECO’s Low Income programs. She has held various positions at PECO, and its parent company Exelon, including manager of Customer Insights, manager of Strategic Supply, and manager of Marketing Research.
A resident of Haddonfield, Feldhake earned her bachelor’s in Economics and Psychology from Bucknell University and master’s in Marketing from Temple University.
