Don’t leave drugs in your car, or anywhere else for that matter

The following items were taken from reports on file with the Cherry Hill Police Department:

On May 9, the Cherry Hill Police Investigative Unit conducted two arrests for narcotics based on investigation. A female from the 100 Block of Elkins Rd. was charged with three counts of Possession of CDS, and two counts of Possession with the intent to Distribute CDS. A male from the 100 Block of Elkins Rd. was charged with five counts of Possession of CDS, and three counts of Possession with the intent to Distribute CDS.

On May 10 at 6:34 p.m., police responded to the Rite Aid at 1501 Rt. 38 for the report of a female who attempted to obtain narcotics with a fraudulent script. The Camden female was located and arrested and charged with Receiving Stolen Property and Forgery.

On May 10 at 4:45 p.m., police conducted a motor vehicle stop for violations. During the course of the stop it was determined that the driver and passenger were in possession of narcotics and were charged accordingly. A male from the 100 Block of East Park Ave., Maple Shade was charged with Possession of Heroin, Possession of Cocaine, and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. A male from the Unit Block of North Main St., Medford was charged with Possession of Heroin, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, and Possession of Hypodermic Needle.

On May 10 at 12:43 p.m., police conducted a motor vehicle stop for violations. During the course of the stop it was determined that the driver and passenger were in possession of narcotics and were charged accordingly. A female from the Unit Block of Middleton Rd., Lumberton was charged with Possession of Heroin, Neglect of a child. The female passenger from the 500 Block of West Park Ave., Hamilton was charged with Possession of Heroin, Possession of Hypodermic Needle.

On May 8 at 9:10 p.m., police were conducting a property check of the McDonald’s on Rt. 38 and observed a suspicious occupied motor vehicle parked in the lot. During the course of the stop it was determined that the passenger, a male from the Unit Block of Maxwell Ct., Marlton, was in possession of narcotics and was charged accordingly with Possession of Scheduled Narcotic and Possession of Hypodermic Needle.

On May 8 at 2:29 p.m., police conducted a motor vehicle stop for violations. During the course of the stop it was determined that the passenger, a male from the 4700 Block of Willow Ave., Pennsauken, was in possession of narcotics and was charged accordingly with Possession of Marijuana under 50, Possession of Scheduled Narcotic, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.

On May 7 at 1:51 a.m., police conducted a motor vehicle stop for violations. During the course of the stop it was determined that the driver and passenger were in possession of narcotics. Both were charged accordingly. The driver, a male from the 200 Block of Country Club Dr., Mt. Laurel, was charged with Possession/Distribution of Prescription Drugs, Possession of Scheduled Narcotic, Distribution of Marijuana, Distribution of CDS, Possession of Paraphernalia. The passenger, a male from the 500 Block of Bancroft Rd., Cherry Hill, was charged with Possession of Scheduled Narcotic, Possession of Marijuana under 50, Possession of Paraphernalia.
