Voorhees CER is pleased to announce the return of the district’s popular K-CER Program. K-CER is a program for parents in need of all day childcare integrated with kindergarten. The program is designed to provide developmentally appropriate activities in a safe, secure environment within a child’s elementary school.
Each day K-CER staff will reinforce and enrich the Voorhees Township kindergarten curriculum to facilitate the development of a child’s academic, physical and social skills. K-CER staff will collaborate with your child’s kindergarten teacher to cooperatively provide the best education and care. For your convenience K-CER will be located at all four elementary schools.
Here is the schedule for the program:
• The a.m. session from 9:00 a.m. to 12:50 p.m.
• The p.m. session from 11:35 a.m. to 3:25 p.m.
The two sessions will be together for lunch and recess from 11:50 a.m. to 12:50 p.m. The program costs $390 a month plus a $100 registration fee.
Register before May 1 and receive 50 percent off the registration fee. Early registration is recommended. A minimum requirement of eight students per session and a maximum 25 students.
Before and after care will be held from 7 to 9 a.m. and 3:30 to 6 p.m. will also be available at a discounted rate.
