The following incidents were taken from reports on file with the Moorestown Township Police Department:
On March 11 at 6:20 p.m., a complainant reported that an older, white male wearing a black jacket in the area of Mt. Laurel Road and Route 38 was pointing a flashlight at passing vehicles. Officers checked area and unable to locate subject.
