A Customer ID Code is now needed to take the Impact Concussion Baseline Test. The code is U7MRD396HT. A reminder that the Impact Baseline Test is required for boys and girls lacrosse players. Those who have already taken the test during a previous sports season or school year at Eastern do not need to take it again.
