All schools in Mt. Laurel will receive additional state aid this year, according to the projected state aid totals released by the New Jersey Department of Education today.
Gov. Christie announced Tuesday that school aid across the state would increase by $250 million for next year. Last year, Christie drastically cut school aid for most districts in the state.
The Lenape Regional District received $24,517,829 last year. This year, the district will share $25,812,923.
Mt. Laurel Schools will receive $3,434,080, an increase of $594,632 from last year.
