Goodbye lovely locks

It took two years to grow and only a few seconds to have 14-inches of her hair cut off for the Locks of Love program, which makes wigs for ill children using human hair. Abigale Hassel, a social worker with the Kennedy Cancer Center in Washington Township, had her hair cut recently by stylist Salvatore Patane at Suede Salon in Marlton, which donated its services for the shearing. For more information about the many services offered at the Kennedy Cancer Center call 800-KHS-9007 or visit www.kennedyhealth.org.
