On June 25, age 86, a 42-year resident of Haddonfield, formerly of Milford, Del., and cousin of Dorothy Denney (William), Carol Hinson, Beverly Kermode, all of Florida and JoAnne Turner of Virginia.
Mr. Myers graduated from Milford High School and then served in the U.S. Army during World War II. He obtained a Bachelors degree in electrical engineering and began his long career with RCA marketing government contracts. Mr. Myers was an avid Philatist, specializing in SE Asia Colonial State Stamps. He also collected and enjoyed power tools, trains, machinery and engine repairs.
Mr. Myers’ family are friends are invited to his Graveside Service, Thursday, July 1, at noon, at the Milford Community Cemetery, N. Walnut St., Milford. Memorial donations may be made in Mr. Myers’ name to the Haddonfield United Methodist Church, 29 Warwick Road, Haddonfield 08033, where he had been a longtime member.
