Marlton bank robbed

On Friday, March 26, 2010 at 9:05 AM, the Evesham Police Department was dispatched to the First Trust Bank, 600 North Route 73, for a report of a robbery, according to a release from the police department. The suspect entered the bank, approached a teller where he produced a handwritten note that requested money and threatened bodily harm to the employees if the money was not turned over. The male was last seen fleeing on foot towards East Lincoln Drive. No employees were injured during the incident.

The suspect is described as a black male, mid to late twenties, 5 ft. 8 in. tall, slender to medium build, wearing a dark colored baseball hat and gray colored overalls.
