Lutheran church’s Holy Week

The Lutheran Church of Our Savior will continue to celebrate Lent and culminate the celebration with Holy Week.
Each Wednesday night, there will be a Lenten Soup Dinner at 5:30 p.m. in the Parish Hall, followed at 6:15 by Sanctified Living: Needed conversations about how we live in response to God’s love. Holy Week will begin Palm/Passion Sunday, March 28, with worship at 8, 9:30 and 11 a.m. Palms will be distributed for a palm processional and The Passion (Christ’s crucifixion) will be dramatically read. Maundy Thursday worship, on April 1, will be at noon and 7:30 p.m. to celebrate the Lord’s Last Supper. Good Friday, April 2, worship will begin at noon with an ecumenical service at Haddonfield United Methodist. A 7:30 p.m. Tenebrae “Service of the Shadows’’ will be held at Our Savior on Good Friday and focus on the cross of Christ. A vigil of Easter service will be at 5 p.m. Saturday, April 3 . Easter Worship services, Sunday, April 4, will be held at 8, 9:30 and 11 a.m. to celebrate the Resurrection of Our Lord. All are invited to attend and worship.
