The First Baptist Church of Haddonfield, 124 Kings Highway East, will hold its Summer Enrichment Camp Monday, Aug. 3 to 7. Children ages 4 thru seventh grade are invited to participate. Camp begins every day at 9 a.m. On Friday there will be a Closing Performance for family and friends at Noon followed by an Outdoor Carnival for all! This year’s theme is “Camp EDGE: Experience and Discover God Everywhere.
Campers will learn about faith through exciting music, fun games, extreme sports videos and more. Younger children will use magnifiers to study feathers and germinating seeds. They’ll pretend to be emerging butterflies and will correlate vibrations, sound waves and music. Older kids will use microscopes to study the structure of crystals and muscles and will learn about holograms, sound waves, GPS, and more … maybe even lasers!
